I attended ASU child study lab for preschool, after which I attended public school in the Kyrene and Tempe School Districts. I was a gifted student who took AP and dual enrollment courses provided in school. I was involved in various after school activities: key club, NJHS, Tennis, Golf and SPanish/Salsa club. I now study Political Science and Biochemistry at Arizona State and am a Barrett Honors College Student. I am minoring in Spanish and German as these are two countries which I have been involved in student exchanges. I have prided myself on taking as many courses possible in an array of disciplines to be certain about the decisions I make regarding my future.

I have interned at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, where I analyzed policy. As an intern with the Scottsdale Healthcare System at the Osborn Campus, I worked in the ED alongside nurses and techs. I was a volunteer for a professor in the geography department, where I digitized slides. I was also an intern with SURF through the Maricopa County Hospital, where I worked in the BURN unit and conducted a retrospective study as a research assistant.

I have worked as an accountant assistant with MICE, where I learned to complete PO requests and inventory invoicing. As a Hands on Helper with the Phoenix Children's Museum, I learned about non-profit organizations and the functionality of museums. I also have worked as a Childcare Provider with Corona Baptist Church, where I learned from and worked with children under fours years of age. As a freelance graphic artist, I learned about Photoshop, cameras and webdesign and development. Currently as an executive assistant at Arizona State, I am learning about Computer Technology and the advancements being made in academic settings.

Over the years, through academic pursuits and job requirements, I have picked up numerous computer technology skills: I am able to use CHNOSZ, EQ3/EQ6, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, FLASH, photo and video editing software, basic Microsoft office programs, Peachtree, and Captivate. I am a multitasker, with a type A personality, and the ability to undertake both art and science tasks. I am a dedicated and hard worker, who always gives 110% and never backs down from a challenge.
