Memorial Union --Arizona Room 207The ASU Astronomy Fair is designed for children of the ASU community in kindergarten through fourth grade. Students will participate in supervised, hands-on activities that demonstrate the wonderful world of astronomy. An exciting feature of the Fair is STARLAB, a portable planetarium, in which students will experience the night sky.

Earth and Space Exploration day is an annual event hosted by the School of Earth and Space Exploration. This fun family event provides hands-on educational activities, the latest images of our solar system in the Space Photography Lab, great mineral and fossil displays in the Geology Museum, public lectures on Earth and Space Exploration and more. This year, the Mars Education Program and the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera (LROC) Group had many interactive activities for kids to learn about exploring Mars and the moon. Many other campus groups joined the SESE community, including NASA/ASU Space Grant Program, The Institute for Human Origins, The School of Sustainability's Ecology Explorers and more.
Monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month

ANSR is a group that launches and recovers payloads with helium weather balloons. Members and non-members are welcome to attend. This is a good time to discuss any questions you might have on high altitude balloon flights or other general payload questions.
Usually held on the last Friday of the month beginning Fall semester
